Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any updates we may publish.

Chargeory is an online education platform offering structured courses, lessons, and learning resources focused on minimalist budgeting and personal finance literacy. Services may include video lessons, downloadable materials, interactive exercises, community features, and support resources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information updated. You may not impersonate another person or use a name you are not authorised to use.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@chargeory.xyz if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each registration is for a single user only. You may not share your account credentials with any other person or allow others to access the platform through your account.

No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or used outside the platform without prior written authorisation.
5.2 Your Content
If you submit any content to the platform such as comments, forum posts, or assignments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by us freely without obligation or compensation to you.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain courses or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before purchase. Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
6.2 Billing
By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees using your chosen payment method. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the specific terms stated at the time of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@chargeory.xyz within the stated refund window. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chargeory and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@chargeory.xyz. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid except where otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
12.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the platform, other users, or us. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
12.3 Survival
Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification obligations.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform.
14. Governing Rules and Dispute Resolution
These terms are intended to be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@chargeory.xyz. 15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the point of purchase or enrolment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chargeory regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
